DAY 9

           


                     Today reached the class at around 9:40 AM as usual signed the register and went to the alloted classroom had no hour in VIII A and had third period on IX A. At the first two periods was free and thus wrote the works and in the third hour went to 1X Std, they are now having revision and I asked them quetions. After the third hour got a free period in VIII A and th I taught them Biosphere, two activities were given, in the first activity, showed them the picture of biosphere and in the second activity, showed them the slide written with notes on biosphere.At 1 PM went to supply food and went to class and was free and in the secondlast hour again got a free period in viii std and thus taught them the next lessonplan FOODCHAIN, which was Role Play Model, the students were very much interested and thus understood the topic easily

DAY 8

    Today ,reached the school at around 9:35 AM , as usual signed the register and went to the alloted classroom , today had no period in the VIII std and had fourth period in the IX th Std . So sat in the class and wrote the works and got a free period in VIII A and I  taught them the next lesson plan KINGDOM FUNGI about the organism included and also their peculiarity , two activities were given to them, in the first activity shown them the structure of Mushroom and in the second activity showed them the pecularity of kingdom fungi and thus they understood the topic ,at the fourth period went to 1X A and asked them questions based on the previous classes which their teacher had taught them and at 12:45 PM went to supply food and also took the food and were free till evening and thus wrote the work. Class dispersed at 4 PM

DAY 7

   
Today 28th November , tuesday, I reached the school at around 9:30 AM, after signing the register, went to the alloted classroom, had first period in VIII A and thus I taught them the Five Kingdom Classification ( Kingdom Monera and Kingdom Protista), had used two activities to make them thorough with the topic. In the first activity, showed the slide with the pictures of organisms included in both the Kingdom Monera and Kingdom Protista  and thus they understood about the organisms,  in the second activity showed them the slide written with the peculiarities of both the kingdom and now they become familiar with the content.For the review activity, had given them sentences to complete.

DAY 6

        Today reached the school at 9:30AM , after signing the register went to the alloted classroom. After the prayer had a period on VIII A but today the students from V to IX Std had an exhibition at MILMA FACTORY, Punnapara. We three, Anu, Aswathy and myself got the charge in taking students to the factory and we with the students went to the ground and waited for the bus.There were 49 students, we went around 12:30 and reached there at 1 PM. But as it was breaktime, we were not allowed to enter the factory and thus we stayed till  2 PM, by this time asked students to buy milk products and at 2 PM, entered the factory and came at around 2:30 PM and reached school at 3PM , then we went to eat our lunch and came back to our class at 3:30 PM and class dispersed at 4 PM

DAY 5

Today 24 th Nov friday , reached the class at around 9:30 AM after that signed the register and went to the room assigned. Had no period today but got a free period on VIII A and thus I taught them the lesson plan TWO KINGDOM CLASSIFICATION , two activities where given to them, in the first activity shon them the slide with different plants and animals and then asked them to classify them, in the second activity shown them the slide written with the peculiarities of both plants and animals and thus they understood the peculiarities. then in the next period till noon were free and thus wrote my works and then at noontime went to supply food and also took our lunch and were free and thus wrote the lessonplans and class dispersed at 4 PM

DAY 4

Today was the fourth working day of our second phase teaching practice, had no hour to teach in the VIII Std and had an hour in the IX th std . After signing the register went to the room assigned and wrote the work. Today the interested student from v th to xth Std were going for the tour and so many free periods were there and thus got a period in the VIII std and I taught them BINOMIAL NOMENCLATRE. so I had shown them two activities, in the first activity shown them the picture of different organisms and in the second activity shown them slide written with BINOMIAL NOMENCLATRE.

DAY 3

Today was the third working day of our second phase teaching practice, I reached the class around 9:40 AM , had no hour to teach in the VIII std. At 10 am, there was an open assembly .After the prayer came to the alloted classroom and wrote the works. At the third hour, VIII std students were free as the teacher was not there and so I went and taught them the third lesson plan on TAXONOMIC HIERARCHY. Two activities were given to them, in the first activity shown them the taxonomic hierarchy using ICT, in the second activity shown them the different levels using ICT

DAY 2

Today 21 nov 2017 , second working day of our second phase teaching practice. I reached the class at 9:35 AM. After signing the register went to the alloted classroom. First hour I had class in VIII A . After the prayer at 10 AM went to the class and taught them TAXONOMY. they were very interested to know about taxonomy . Then in the second activity showed them the images of scientist who made contributions in taxonomy.

ACTIVITY of lesson plan Classification

DAY 1

Today was the first day of our Second phase teaching practice for 30 days ie, from Nov 20 to Dec 12 and from Jan 01 to Jan 19 .We got SDV G H S Alappuzha for our teaching practice . Myself, Thasni (Natural Science) and Anu , Aswathy (Physical Science) were there in the same school.

I reached the school at around 9:30 AM and then we all went to the HM's office and then we gave our register and after signing the register went to the staffroomto meet our concerned teachers and we got a room which was given for us in the first phase teaching practice . I got VIII A and 1X A and today I had first hour on VIII A and didnt got that period as Hindi teacher called VIII std from three divisions together and  thus taught them Hindi. I was a little bit sad as I didnt got my period. Anyway I went to the alloted classroom and wrote my works. At 12:45PM , we went to supply food and after luch we came to the assigned room . At secondlast hour VIIIA students had a free hour and thus I went to the class and taught them my first lessonplan CLASSIFICATION. Two activities were given to the students , in the first activity shown them the images of different animals it was to classify the animals. In the second activity shown them the pictures of different insects to make them more understand about the topic classification. Class dispersed at 4 PM
