DAY 31

Today 19 January, the last day of our second phase teaching practice, reached school at 9:35 PM, first of all signed the register and went to the room, had no period to teach but asked for extra period and at second period went to VIII A and thus revised the chapters and told them to mark the most important questions and got fourth hour in IX Std and thus had done the same. At noon time after the lunch, distributed ladoo to students of VIII and IX including every staffs and teachers, at 3 PM, we were given a sendoff party by the HM and teachers, we were so happy that we were appreciated by the teachers for our sincerity and we went home at 4PM

DAY 30

Today 18 January, reached the school at 9:15 AM, as Annual day celebrations are held at  1 PM, we were asked by the teachers to come early in churidar for helping the students for dressings and makeup. Many variety of  programs were organized and thus we helped them to dress and also in make up, it was a very thrilling expierence, at noon we went to serve food and also took the food and at 1 PM , we reached to the Auditorium, there were several programs, dance, songs, drama etc, we went home at 8:30 PM

DAY 29

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM , first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned, today had no period to teach, as students have annual day tomorrow, all students were busy practicing their dance and songs. At noon break went to serve food and also took the lunch, at fifth period went to VIII A and thus revised the chapters which I taught them, and checked their notebooks, then was free for the last two hours. Class dispersed at 4 PM

                  Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned.Today had first hour in VIII A and thus taught them the lesson plan on Binary fission in Bacteria, it was ICT based lesson plan. Had given two activities, in the first activity, shown them the mode of reproduction in different organisms and in the second activity shown them the process of binary fission in bacteria, students were very active as it was ICT based model, thenat next work went to the class and shown them the workbook

And was free till noon.At noon time , went to serve food and also took the food. At fifth period, got extra work on VIII A and thus revised the chapters which I taught them, then was free for the last two hours and thus wrote our works, class dispersed at around 4 PM

DAY 27

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned, had first hour in VIII A and thus taught them the lessonplan on Asexual reproduction in Hydra, two activities were given to the students, in the first activity had shown them the slide with the picture of hydra and in the second activity, showed them the video on reproduction and thu they got an idea on the content, then was free till noon at noon went to serve food and also took the food and at noon interval, concluded the conscentisation program and then conducted quiz and at fifth period, went and conducted achievement test based on chapters why classification and diversity for sustenance and then was free for the next two periods. Class dispersed at 4 PM

DAY 26

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned, first two hours was free and thus sat in the class and wrote the lessonplan, at third period got free period on VIII A and thus took the lessonplan on Wildlife Sanctuary, two activities were given to the students, in the first activity, had shown them video on wild life sanctary and in the next activity, had shown them the slide written with notes on wildlife sanctuary and thus students got an idea about the content at noontime went to serve food and also we took the food and at 1:30 PM, continued the conscientisation program, I explained on diabetes using ICT and Thasni explained on BP using slides with the help of projector, we asked for extra one hour and thus completed the program, discussed on four different lifestyle diseases and in the  next period went to VIII A and taught them the innovative lesson plan on predation and parasitism and was free for the last hour, class dispersed at 4 PM

DAY 25

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned. Got first hour in IX A and thus took the lessonplan on Cytokinesis, the students were given two activities, in the first activity, showed them the picture and in the second activity,shown them slide written with the notes, then was free till noon. At 12:45 PM, went to supply food and also took the food and at 1:30, continued the conscientisation program, we asked for extra 1 hour for the teacher and thus I explained to students on Obesity using slides with the help of projector and Thasni on Cancer with the help of ICT, then had sixth period at IX A, and took the lessonplan Meiosis, two activities were given, in the first activity, shown the slide with meiosis and in the second activity, showed them the different stages of gametogenesis and thus they understood the content

             Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned, first three hours was free and in fourth hour went to the IX std and took the lesson plan on Mitosis, 2 activities were given to the students, had shown them slide and video to make them clear with the content,at noon went to serve food and also took the food and after that at 1:30 PM, began our conscientisation program,on awareness on lifestyle diseases, myself and Thasni just introduced on the lifestyle diseases with the help of ICT, wind up the introduction session around 2 PM  then at sixth hour, got a period in IX std and took the lesson plan on Karyokinesis, had shown them the different stages using slide and video and thus they became clear with the topic

DAY 23

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned. Had first period on VIII A and thus took the lesson plan Red Data Book, two activities were given to the students, in the first activity shown them video on red data book and in the second activity, shown them slide written with red data book and thus they undertood the content then was free till fourth hour. Alli miss came to observe class at fifth period , VIII A students had Art period and thus adjusted the period and thus I took the lessonplan Conservation Method, three activities were given to the students, in the first activity, shown them the slide written with conservation method and in the second activity, shown them the slide with both in situ and ex situ conservation methods and in the third activity, showed them the slide written with examples for both in situ and ex situ conservation methods

DAY 22

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned. Had period in first hour at VIII A , Alli miss came to observe class and I took the lessonplan on Biodiversity, first of all shown them a video and thus students got an idea on the content, in the second activity, shown them the slide written with biodiversity and in the third activity, shown them notes on biodiversity services and thus students became clear about the topic. Then was free for the next two periods and in the fourth period got class on VIII A, taught them the next lessonplan Biodiversity Depletion , it is Problem Solving method, showed them slide written with the reasons and then asked them to find out the measures and thus students are clear with the topic

DAY 21

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned, today was followed by tuesday's timetable.Had got no period to teach today , majority of students went to practice for their annual day and thus sat in the class and wrote the works. Class dispered at 4 PM

DAY 20

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned, had no hour to teach today. At 10 AM, prayer began, after the prayer, sat in the class and wrote works, had got second hour in VIII A and thus I taught them the next lessonplan, the diverse ecosystem , it was constructivist apporach and for that showed them the picture of forest ecosystem and asked questions based on it, they thus understood about the diverse ecosytem by seeing the videos and pictures, then was free till fourth period. Afternoon there was a program on Cancer , it was a 2 hour program

DAY 19

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM, first of all signed the register and went to the room           assigned. After the prayer, was free for the first two periods, had got period in the third hour and thus taught them the next lessonplan Cell division, two activities were given to the, in the first activity, shown them the video of cell division and in the second activity, shown them the slide written with the cell division and thus they became clear with the topic 

DAY 18

Today reached the class at around 9:30 AM , first of all signed the register and went to the room assigned. After the prayer, VIII A students got a free hour as their teacher was not there and thus I taught the the next lesson plan "Tundra Ecosystem", for that two activities were given to them, in the first activity had shown them the video of tundra ecosystem and in the second activity shown them the slide written with that ecosytem. In the next two hours was free and in the fourth period had class in IX std and I taught the the different kinds of meristems, three activities were given to them in which the apical meristems, intercalary meristems and lateral meristems with there peculiarities were shown using ICT

DAY 17

Today was the first day after christmas holidays, the new year. I reached the school at around 9:30 AM , first of all signed the register and went to the alloted classroom. Wished everyone happy new year.At 10 A, prayer began and after prayer had first hour in VIII A. their teacher distributed their answer sheets. Majority of students got more than 10 marks out of 20, today I taught them the next lessonplan the forest ecosystem, this was Brain Storming Technique, first of all shown them the picture of forest and notes written with the importance of forest using ICT and also explained to them the services offered by the trees in a forest ecosystem and now all are familiar with the topic
